Kathryn Burns, MA, LPCC
Together, we will recognize and pull from your strengths, while acknowledging uncertainty along the way. My style of counseling is open & genuine, direct & supportive. I use an emotion and attachment-focused experiential approach rooted in interpersonal relationships and somatic-oriented practices. I value using humor and creativity to aid clients in gaining insight into how they view themselves and others.
If you’re skeptical, frightened, worn out, a little all over the place, ashamed or defiant - I am here for it.
I do not accept clients who use insurance and am currently only accepting self pay clients. Individual 50 minute sessions are $120. Services are offered via telehealth and in person.
*Kathryn Burns Counseling reserves the right to have a limited number of reduced rate slots available. Reduced Rate eligibility is reviewed every 6 months by KBC and subject to change. Please inquire directly with your therapist for more information.*
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in the state of Colorado and received my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. I am under the supervision of Kristy Eldredge, EdD, LPC, NCC, ACS, CCTP.
